Gifted programming can be provided in a combination of ways, including pull-out programs which Castleberry ISD provides at each elementary school. The district is committed to providing a rigorous, challenging curriculum through the study and completion of project based learning units developed and written specifically for Castleberry gifted and talented students. Identified gifted and talented students are provided specialized instruction by highly qualified teachers weekly. Additional programming includes field trips related to units of study, academic competitions, and accelerated instruction in small group instruction.
