CISD partners with Be Well Primary Care to offer community COVID-19 test clinic

Castleberry ISD is partnering with Be Well Primary Care to provide a community-based clinic for COVID-19 testing. Anyone in need of a COVID-19 test, experiencing signs and symptoms related to COVID-19 or has been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 is eligible to be tested at the Be Well Primary Care clinic free of charge. Patients do not have to be staff or students at Castleberry ISD.

The COVID-19 testing clinic is located behind Joy James Elementary in the former JPS Clinic building at 5300 Buchanan Street, Fort Worth, TX 76114. The clinic is open from 6:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday to provide people time to visit before work, if necessary. Walk-ins only.

All patients will be tested free of charge, regardless of whether or not the patient has medical insurance. Patients with medical insurance are requested to bring proof of insurance to the clinic so the test can be filed with their insurance company. The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, enacted in March 2020, ensures tests are administered free of charge to the patient.

A COVID-19 Rapid test will be administered on site, providing results within 15 minutes. If results of the Rapid test are positive, Be Well Primary Care physicians will conduct a PCR test, also known as a molecular test, to confirm. PCR test results are available to the patient within a couple days.
