Get Callouts

Phone To get regular callouts to any or all of your phone numbers from Castleberry ISD, just contact your student's school to provide your updated phone numbers. For the phone call, text message, and email systems to work it is important that you make sure that your student's school has your correct contact information. Check your Skyward Family Access account to review your contact information.

Prefer Text Messages?

Texting

CISD sends text messages to provide information that is timely, relevant, and for emergency situations.

In order to participate in the service you must indicate your willingness (opt-in) to receive text messages to your phone. Just take a moment to complete the opt-in process. 
To get started:

Simply text the word “YES” to 67587.

You’ll know you were successful if you receive the following reply message: “You are registered to receive approx. 3 msgs/mo. Txt STOP to quit, HELP for help.” 

Remember, that in order to receive texts from Castleberry ISD, the school district must have your current cell phone number in Skyward, the school database. Contact your student’s school to update your contact information.

Email Works Better for You?

Email IconTo get regular email updates you must indicate your willingness to receive email messages from Castleberry ISD. Just contact your student’s school to provide your current and best email address. It will be added to your contact database along with your existing contact phone number(s).

Skyward Family Access

 Family AccessFamily Access is used by students and parents or legal guardians of CISD students to track attendance and grades. It is also used to register your students for the upcoming school year. This is also where you can access your Skylert settings to choose how you want to receive important notifications from the district and your campus.
