Remote Learning Technical Support

Technical Support Help Desk

Parents, if your child is experiencing technical issues, and you have a device that will connect to the Internet, the fastest technical support we offer is to call our technical support team at 817-252-2080. You will be directed to your campus technician. If needed, you may be directed to join a virtual tech support live session.

Virtual Tech Support

Virtual tech support is available in a google hangout by appointment only.
The virtual tech support is hosted by the
CISD technical staff, and is available by
calling 817-252-2080 to make an appointment to connect.

Call 817-252-2080 for technical support Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

If the technical issue cannot be resolved in a virtual tech support live session, then please follow these guidelines:

  1. Contact your child's campus One-to-One Program Administrator via phone or email located in the list below.
  2. The One-to-One Program Administrator will contact you to make arrangements of when and where the student's device can be dropped off.
  3. The One-to-One Program Administrator will enter a support ticket and deliver the device to a member of the Technology Services Department.
  4. The Technology Services Department will repair the computer and return it to the campus One-to-One Program Administrator.
  5. Your One-to-One Program Administrator will contact you and make arrangements for when and where the student device may be picked up.

Home Internet Access

If your child needs safe, secure, and filtered Internet access, CISD can issue a WiFi router that will provide a free connection to the Internet. WiFi routers will be available at curbside device pickup locations prior to the start of school. If you need to request a WiFi router after the first day of school, please contact your campus One-to-One Program Administrator to schedule a time to pick up the Wifi router.

More information about this initiative can be found on the Castleberry ISD's Digital Equity 4 All website.
