Kinder-2nd Grade Lessons

Castleberry ISD has provided daily remote learning lessons to be completed by kindergarten, first, and second grade students beginning Wednesday, March 25th. 

In addition to these guidelines, the Teaching Learning, and Innovation Department has created a detailed schedule you may download if you would like help planning your child's day.

If your child doesn't have access to a computer, other electronic device, or have Internet access, please visit the Remote Learning Technical Support page to learn how to request a device or a router that connects to the district's WiFi tower.


English Language Arts 

Writing (45 minutes)

Brain Breaks

a cartoon brain waving helloIt is important to stay active and give yourself time to process the information you've absorbed. Take 15 minutes every one to two hours to get up, walk around, or maybe go outside if your parents give you permission. Be sure to stay safe and follow your parent's instructions. Also make certain that you sanitize and clean up afterwards before returning to your lessons.

Physical Education, Art, Music, and Coding

Choose one P.E., Art, Music, or Coding activity to complete each day of the week. You should spend 30 minutes each day on these activities. Visit the Elementary ENCORE page for a complete list of possible activities.

How to Login

For Istation, Education Galaxy, and Seesaw

  1. Click the link to the application you want to access.
  2. Click on "Log in with Google."
  3. Enter your student's email address. It should follow the format or lastnamefirstname@students.cisd.net. Example: smithjohn@students.cisd.net
  4. Enter your student's password. This is their 6 digit lunch number. If your student doesn't remember their number please contact their teacher.
