2022 Election Information

The Castleberry ISD Board of Education consists of seven Board Members serving terms of three years, with elections held annually. The terms of one-third of the Board Member, or as near to one-third as possible, expire each year. Education Code 11.051(b), 11.059

Castleberry ISD's 2022 Board of Education Election will be held Saturday, May 7, 2022. Place 5, Place 6, and Place 7 on the Board are up for election. Polling locations have yet to be determined.

  •  Filing for Place on the Ballot Opens Wednesday, January 19, 2022
  •  Deadline for Filing for Place on the Ballot 5:00 p.m. February 18, 2022
  •  Deadline to Register to vote April 7, 2022
  •  Early Voting April 25 - May 3, 2022
  •  Election Day May 7, 2022

Current state law requires a candidate for trustees of an independent school district to be qualified voter by the time required a prescribed by Election Code Section 141.001. An Application for Place on the Ballot must be filed with the Elections Administrator located at the Castleberry ISD Administration Building, 5228 Ohio Garden Rd., Fort Worth, Texas 76114. Applications may be filed beginning Wednesday, January 19, 2022 and ending at 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2022.
